Allotment surveys
We differentiate between allotment surveys of land outside the construction area and allotment surveys for implementation of documents and acts of spatial planning. For the first type of allotment survey it is necessary to obtain acknowledgment by the competent authority for spatial planning that the land in question is outside the boundaries of the construction area and that the land itself is not building land so it is possible to do the allotment according to the needs of the client and the rules of the profession. For the second type of allotment survey, for the land within the boundaries of the construction area and building land outside the boundaries of that area, the allotment survey is made only based on documents or acts of spatial planning.
Allotment survey:
* Mandatory content of such allotment survey is an acknowledgement issued by the competent authority for spacial planning about its compliance with documents or acts about spatial planning.

Surveying design
Surveying design is an integral part of conceptual design for obtainig the location permit by which the building plot is determined as well as the placement of one or more buildings on the building plot.

Geodetic survey for recording, deleting or changing data on buildings or other structures
Such survey can be made if a building plot (parcel) for a building that is being recorded is established in cadastral records, except in case of recording the data of buildings for which the Decision on the as-is built state is issued. In this type of survey it is necessary to enclose the act based on which those buildings could have been built or the decision on the as-is built state.
Geodetic survey for recording the actual position of individual, already recorded cadastral parcels
This type of geodetic survey is also made for the purpose of recording incorrectly or insufficiently accurately recorded cadastral parcels in cadastral municipalities provided that the boundaries and other borders of cadastral parcels can be considered unchanged (area criteria) and provided that the boundaries of cadastral parcels are not disputed.
Geodetic survey for registration in the property register
It is made when a certain cadastral parcel is already recorded in the records of cadastre of lands, that the situation on the ground corresponds to the data in cadastral records and that the survey proposes changes only in the property register.

Staking-out of a building is required to determine the exact placement of the building on the building plot and for notification of the commencement of construction.
